We thank you for having the courage to keep your promise in recognizing Armenian Genocide. ARMENIAN RIGHT COUNCIL

Dear President Biden:
Mr. President, on behalf of the Armenian communities worldwide, we thank you for having the courage
to keep your promise in recognizing Armenian Genocide.
Your recognition is an essential and integral part of Armenians' 106-year-old ongoing fight for justice,
reaffirming to the entire world that the atrocities committed against the Armenians by the Ottomans was,
in fact, "Genocide" and heralds to the rest of the world that the United States will continue to lead with
the ideals of freedom, justice, equality, democracy and above all, human rights. Moreover, your
recognition repudiates Turkey’s persistent policy of denial of historical truths, which along with its
renewed Pan-Turkic policies engenders Turkey’s supremacist fantasies built on the oppression and
extermination of minorities in the region, as was overtly apparent with Turkey's involvement on the
Azerbaijani side in the Artsakh War.
But, Mr. President, our work cannot stop here. Now is the time to move forward and fully implement
Section 907 Sanctions pursuant to the Freedom of Support Act against Azerbaijan. America cannot
allow Turkey and/or its appendages, like the anti-Armenian Aliyev regime, to complete its mission of removing Armenians and Armenia from the Caucasus.
May God continue to bless you President Biden with wisdom and good health as you do right by those
entrusted to your care; and may God bless the United States of America.
Very truly yours,
